High Density Polyethylene Board ,HDPE 300 sheet is the most standard of our HDPE sheet materials. It is available in extruded sheet format with either a smooth mirror like finish or an orange peel like finish. Available in any color .
Generally available from 3mm to 25mm thick with customized size .Custom extruding for special orders can increase thickness to 32mm with customized size .
Compression moulded and planed sheeting is not a stocked item but available on request.

Are HDPE Sheets Flexible?

Previously, HDPE needed to be melted in order to be fused together. With recent advances in technology, new epoxy-based glues have emerged that allow HDPE to be glued to other surfaces, such as PVC or steel. However, the instructions on the glue container must be followed, since the HDPE sheets needs to be prepared before the glue can successfully applied.
