Coal, Silo and Chute Liner
In Chinese coal mines, metallurgy, power plants, chemical industries, and coal storage bunker piers, the surfaces (mostly made of cast concrete) are unpolished, with high friction coefficients and strong water absorption—this often leads to material bonding and blockages. This issue is particularly severe in soft coal mining (where pulverized coal has high moisture content, causing bunker blockages) in provinces like Henan, Shandong, Shanxi, and Hebei.
After many coal mines and power plants adopted self-lubricating, non-sticky special bunker liners, the friction coefficient was reduced, effectively solving the blockage problem: the utilization rate of coal bunkers increased from 20%-50% to 100%, avoiding production interruptions and bunker blockage accidents caused by material accumulation. It also reduced bunker cleaning costs, labor intensity for workers, bringing significant social and economic benefits.
PA MC Mixer arcuate liners
Mixer arcuate liners are used in metallurgy, chemical, coal and other industries—for hoppers, chutes, chute liners and tub liners. They are also used to make Handicap liner RE oil nylon shakers, oil self-lubricating liners, retardant liners, etc.; additionally, they are applied in skateboards, slider pads, rails, filter plates and various shaped components of machinery and equipment.
PVC hard board
It has good chemical stability, corrosion resistance, high hardness, high strength, anti-ultraviolet (anti-aging) performance, fire retardancy (self-extinguishing), reliable insulation properties, as well as characteristics like a smooth surface, non-absorbency, low deformation, and easy processability. It is an excellent thermoforming material that can replace some corrosion-resistant materials such as stainless steel.
PVC soft board
Its surface is glossy and soft. It comes in colors including brown, green, white and gray for selection. The product uses carefully selected materials and is finely manufactured, so it is widely used. It features cold resistance, wear resistance, acid and alkali resistance, corrosion resistance, excellent tear resistance and good weldability; its physical performance is better than that of rubber. It is used in industries such as chemical and electroplating, as well as for electrolytic cell linings, insulation pads, and interior and auxiliary materials for trains and automobiles.
