UHMWPE/HDPE cutting board
UHMWPE/HDPE cutting boards are engineered for durability, low maintenance, and safety. The textured surface safely holds food in place without slipping. The natural bright white color is favored for its sanitary look. Wood and other materials absorb bacteria, stain, chip, swell, peel, rot, warp, bend, and crack. UHMWPE/HDPE cutting boards eliminate these problems, substantially outlasting cutting boards made from other materials.
Modified PP board
It has good dimensional stability and heat resistance, and can maintain good strength at 100°C. It also offers excellent chemical resistance (reliable acid resistance), electrical insulation properties, high mechanical strength, non-toxicity, and outstanding chemical stability. It is mainly used in water tanks and three-phase separators to produce related products.
PVC hard board
It has good chemical stability, corrosion resistance, high hardness, high strength, anti-ultraviolet (anti-aging) performance, fire retardancy (self-extinguishing), reliable insulation properties, as well as characteristics like a smooth surface, non-absorbency, low deformation, and easy processability. It is an excellent thermoforming material that can replace some corrosion-resistant materials such as stainless steel.
Pure PP board
It has low density, and is easy to weld and machine. It also offers excellent chemical resistance, heat resistance and impact resistance. As a non-toxic, odorless plastic, it is one of the materials most in line with environmental requirements. It is applicable to fields including chemical, chlor-alkali, oil, dyes, pesticides, food, medicine, light industry, metallurgy and sewage treatment. Its main colors are white and computer color; other colors can be customized according to customer requirements.
HDPE Sheet (High-Density Polyethylene Sheet)
Melting point around 130°C, excellent low-temperature resistance (min. service temp. -70~-100°C), good chemical stability (resistant to most acids and alkalis except oxidizing ones), low density, good toughness and ductility, excellent electrical insulation, low water absorption and water vapor permeability, high tensile strength, non-toxic. Widely used in gas transmission, water supply and sewage, agricultural irrigation, fine ore conveying, oilfields, chemical industry, post and telecommunications, especially common in gas transmission.
